Kent County Council, Kent Country Parks' online events bookings

Please find below our terms and conditions for Kent Country Parks' event tickets. Please note that all prices listed on this Site and purchases made are British Pound Sterling (£).

Introduction

This online shop is owned and operated by Kent County Council.

Application of Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions are the only conditions upon which the online shop is prepared to supply tickets and/or goods to you. These terms and conditions shall constitute the whole agreement between the online shop and shall govern the contract between the online shop and yourself.

Availability of Tickets

Your order constitutes an offer to the online shop to buy the tickets. All orders are subject to acceptance by the online shop and will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirming the order (Order Confirmation). The Contract will only be formed once you receive the Order Confirmation.

Price

The price for the tickets will be the price as displayed on the Site. Should value added tax be payable, the price will clearly state that value added tax is included in the price.

Payment

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The online shop cannot accept any liability for losses to you if your payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason; and
• If the card supplier declines payment, the online shop is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• We accept the following Credit & Debit cards: American Express, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo.

Credit Card Security

All information regarding shopping transactions, including credit card number details is handled by NetBanx.
No credit card details are stored in any form by the online shop or Kent County Council.

Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased, including those purchased in error or non-attendance due to illness or injury. However, there are certain instances in which a refund may be given:

• The event has been cancelled by Kent County Council. In this instance, the date will be rescheduled where possible. If no suitable alternative date can be arranged then refunds will be available.
• The main performing artiste/expert has cancelled and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.
• In all instances the Head of Country Parks' decision is final, based on the individual circumstances.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.

Complaints about anything relating to Kent Country Parks' Events can be made by emailing kentcountryparks@kent.gov.uk or by completing a Complaints Card available from the parks.
